Every day on the retreat has its own rhythm. We’ve curated the experience to give you the perfect blend of surf and restoration.
Daily we’ll surf, eat nourishing food and balance it out with restorative practices like yoga, breathwork and meditation. -

On this retreat we offer two types of rooms: shared (3person max) and private. Each room has its own bathroom, shower and has heaps of space.

50% of your payment serves as a non-refundable deposit.
If a medical reason or emergency arises and you need to withdraw before the retreat start date 9/08/26 we’ll refund the remaining balance (excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit).
From your start date onward, no refunds can be issued and the full amount becomes non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend after this time, you are welcome to transfer or sell your spot to someone else who would like to take your place. This must be organised by you, but please keep us updated throughout the process.

Fly into Nadi International Airport — there are direct flights from major cities across New Zealand, Australia, and many cities in the USA.
On the day the retreat begins, we’ll collect you from either the airport or your hotel if you choose to arrive the night before. When the retreat ends, we’ll return you to your hotel or the airport for your departure.
Closer to the retreat date, we’ll connect everyone so you can meet and chat with other women in the group who may also be arriving early and would like to spend time together beforehand.
