“I recently attended one of Rachels Yoga classes in Fiji. It was my first time doing yoga in a long time so I was slightly apprehensive, however she created a safe, unjudgmental and calming space. During the experience I felt held as she led us through the practise. Her background in nursing was evident in her extensive knowledge of the body. Her dementor was calm and grounded yet fun . She gave the right amount of adjustments without prompting which I love. Would defiantly attend one of her classes again".
