Pinch me moments
We just hosted our very first women’s surf and yoga retreat in Fiji and wow, it was nothing short of epic. Ten incredible women joined us for 7 days and 6 nights of surf, yoga, deep connection, coral planting, and cultural immersion. It was literally the dream way to spend a week in Fiji… and that’s exactly why we created it.
Kamica Retreats was born from a desire to create a space for women to feel empowered, take up space in the lineup, support one another, and move through life (and the waves) together. This week, we watched that vision come to life and we’re fizzing!
From sunrise surfs where we were the only ones out, to late-night kava ceremonies with our Fijian hosts, every moment reminded me of why this work matters. I had so many of those “pinch me” moments, sitting in the water, completely surrounded by sisterhood and nature. It was humbling to realise we’d created exactly the feeling I had once only dreamed of: joy, safety, and space in and out of the water.
